1. Anthappa SHENOY was born circa 1710. Another name for Anthappa is Anthony ARANHA.
General Notes: Anthappa Shenoy and his son Manu Shenoy converted to Christianity around 1750 taking the names of Anthony Aranha and Manuel Aranha. Anthony had two brothers who retained their original religion. There is not much information about his two brothers.
A lot of painstaking research was done by Olivia Rebello (nee Aranha), the third daughter of Bernard Francis Aranha (5th Generation), which has resulted in this family tree.
