Angela married Manuel Cajetan COELHO, son of Basil Martin COELHO and Esperanca D'SOUZA. Manuel was born in 1795 and died on Aug 2, 1832 at age 37.

14. John Emmanuel BRITTO (Pascal⁴, Salvador¹) was born in 1803 and died in 1858 at age 55.

General Notes: John Emmanuel Britto was a pioneer in the coffee planting industry. He was a first cousin to A.J. Saldanha (their mothers were sisters). They had six sons and three daughters. The six sons were collectively known as the "Britto brothers" and became wealthy businessmen dealing in coffee, salt and various other commodities.

John married Sabina D'SOUZA, daughter of Emmanuel D'SOUZA and Angela MATHIAS.

John next married Emiliana D'SOUZA, daughter of Domingo D'SOUZA and Lucia D'CUNHA. Emiliana was born in 1810 and died in 1875 at age 65.

+ 31    iv. Tashildar Nicholas Sebastian BRITTO was born in 1838 and died on Jun 15, 1902 at age 64.

+ 32    v. Basil Augustine BRITTO was born in 1841 and died in 1895 at age 54.

+ 33    vi. Jacob Mariano BRITTO was born in 1847 and died in 1901 at age 54.

+ 34    vii. Lucia Isabella BRITTO was born on Dec 13, 1849 and died about 1897 in Thalassery, Kannur, Kerala, India about age 48.

+ 35    viii. Casimir Salvador BRITTO was born in 1852 and died in 1920 at age 68.

+ 36    ix. Natalia Maria BRITTO
