Marriage Notes: Francis Pereira's age was entered as 22 years in the marriage register so he was born about 1867.

8. Joseph COLACO (Casimir³, Pascal¹) was born circa 1843.

General Notes: Josph Colaco settled down in Hospet in a place called "Mundenir". The ancestral house he built still exists.

11. Michael COLACO (Pedro⁴, Pascal¹) was born on May 30, 1852.

General Notes: Michael Colaco was one of the first members of the Moodbidri Colaco family to settle in Mangalore. He came in the late 1860s while still a teenager and married Clara Sequeira of the Cordel Sequeira family. They settled in Falnir and their three children were baptized in Milagres church. Born when Michael was 18 years old, their eldest son became well known as Rao Saheb Dr. D. R. Coelho.
