Joanna married Sebastian Nicholas LASRADO, son of Balthazar LASRADO and Emiliana D'SOUZA. Sebastian was born in 1847 in Ambepol, Karnataka, India and died on Feb 13, 1912 in Puttur, Karnataka, India at age 65.

12. Isabella MACHADO (Joachim Louis⁴, João¹) was born circa 1832 and died on Aug 16, 1900 in Rosario Cathedral, Mangalore about age 68.

Isabella married Francis Anthony SALDANHA, son of Joseph SALDANHA and Grace RODRIGUES. Francis was born on Mar 22, 1819 in Kodagu, Karnataka, India and died in 1883 at age 64.

16. John Baptist MACHADO (Joachim Louis⁴, João¹) was born on Nov 26, 1840, was baptized on Nov 7, 1848, and died on May 25, 1876 at age 35.

General Notes: John Baptist was born in Shiva Bagh, Mangalore. Family records reveal that he was an educated person in the post of sub-inspector of police when he died. He carried a sword which is still in the possession of the family and he rode a horse.

John married Pascalia PINTO, daughter of Salvador PINTO and Clara. Pascalia died in 1926.
